Get Coins by symbol

GEThttps://mainnet-aptos-api.moralis.io/coins/symbols

Get Coins by searching coin symbol using from_symbol or to_symbol, or combine both to return coins within a range (e.g. all coins from_symbol "A" to to_symbol "D" will return all coins from A to D). Returns all coins in A-Z order if from_symbol or to_symbol is not specified.
